Type: Full-time Employee Monday through Saturday, 35- 40 Hours.

Position Overview

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians/Housekeepers/Maids with a proven track record in residential and/or commercial cleaning. The ideal candidate will possess strong cleaning expertise, demonstrate excellent time management skills, and have the ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in client interactions. Furthermore, our ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our clients such as deep cleaning, move-in move-out cleaning, residential post construction cleaning, janitorial service, office cleaning & commercial post-construction cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties in residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

• Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure high-quality service.

• Manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled hours.

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

• Interact professionally with clients and respond to their needs or concerns.

Minimum Requirements to Apply

• 2+ years cleaning experience is absolutely required.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must Speak/ Read/ Write and Communicate in fluent English

• Must own a smartphone, as you will need daily access to the company apps for job information and communication.

• Must have a valid US work authorization (e.g., US citizen, permanent resident, or work visa holder) & a Florida valid driver’s license

• Must have a reliable vehicle with the proper insurance coverage is required.

• Your transportation is required for travel to job sites daily.

• You will be required to pass a criminal background check and will need to provide previous job references 

• Physical capability to bend, kneel, push, and lift 20 pounds. Carry your equipment from your car to the job site.

• Please be advised that this is a very physically demanding position.
